Football is Back at the Flitch!

Community Football Returns with a Funday Extravaganza

Join us for a day of football fun and community spirit as we bring back the beautiful game to the Flitch!

Our inaugural football funday promises exciting matches, delicious food, fun activities, and much more.
Bring your friends and family for a day filled with entertainment and sportsmanship.

We have all our new Flitch teams competing in groups of 6 against local teams at 9 a side, 7 a side, and 5 a side.
The tournament is made up of 5 group games (all 12 minutes each), then the top 2 teams play off for a winners spot. Winning teams get a medal each
and a team trophy. The games will follow the rules of the B&D league for the upcoming season, making it a nice pre-season warm-up the weekend
before the season starts.

Our men's and women's teams will play showcase games to demonstrate the pathway into men's and women's football in the coming years.
This promises to be a great friendly footballing event and a social event for the residents of the Flitch to join in with the extra activities around the football.
